If you watch TV you know there are a ton of products used for blackheads on nose. There are cleansers, masques, exfolliaters and scrubs all designed to remove or minimize any blackheads you may have. The problem is not all of them work well for everyone so you may have to try a few different methods to see which works best for you.
Should you squeeze the blackheads out of your nose or should you use a cleanser or strips to do it or even a homemade masque? Squeezing is not a recommended method but it works so well for so many people that even though you shouldn’t do it a lot of people do. It’s something I’ve always done even tho I know I shouldn’t.
To squeeze out blackheads is a very simple thing to do but if you do it wrong you can drive it deeper or cause there to be a mark or scar later. What I do is try to get the blackhead between my fingernails and get them under the blackhead so when you squeeze you are squeezing it out from below. Do this gently as you don’t want to leave marks on your face from squeezing out the nose blackheads.
Then there are cleansers that are designed to loosen the hardened oil, sebum and dirt so the blackheads will wash off when you wash your face. While these cleansers are a great idea and should be used before trying to squeeze them, they don’t work for everyone. Particularly when the areas have become so engorged the pores are holding tight to the blackhead.
There are also strip that supposedly remove blackheads quickly and easily. Once again you want to wash your face with the cleansers before using the strips. Also remember that your skin needs t be dry for the strips to stick so dry your face and wait about 10 minutes to be sure the face and nose are dry then try using the strips to get them out.
Then there are all kinds of masques, both homemade and professional masques, you can use to remove blackheads on nose. Homemade blackhead remedies can be made with honey, egg whites, tomatoes, lime juice or other handy items around your kitchen.
There are no guarantees with either the commercial masques or the homemade ones so once again you’ll probably have to try different methods to get remove blackheads on nose and face.
In conclusion it’s smarter to prevent the problem than it is to cure it. Use daily exfoliation to get rid of dead skin, a cleanser to get rid of oils and change your pillow case regularly as it can get full of dirt and oils from your face. Also start eating the right kinds of food. limit your intake of carbs and oils and start eating more fresh fruits and vegetables.
You can prevent blackheads on nose or remove them with cleansers for black heads but prevention of blackheads on nose and face is the best way to go.
